Update your organisation details which will appear on Invoices, Estimates and Purchase Orders. Navigate to the Organisation option in the Admin menu.
Step 1: Select the edit (pencil) button for one of the organisations in the list:

Step 2: The organisation pop-up will be displayed. Update the existing details on the Details tab:

Add a contact number and email on the Contact tab, this will be displayed on reports:

The financial details can be added on the Financial tab, these details will also be displayed on reports:

The terms tab can be used to add any additional information to appear on the Estimate, Invoice or Purchase Order reports:

A terms section will be displayed on the above mentioned reports:

Step 3: Select the Save button to update the organisation OR Select the Cancel button to close the modal, then the item will not be updated.
