To manage and complete existing invoices, navigate to the Billing page in the Financial menu.
Step 1: To update an existing invoice, select the edit (pencil) button for one of the invoices on the page:

Step 2: Update any of the fields on the invoice:

Move the invoice through the invoice lanes by using the status buttons in the bottom right corner:

Once the invoices are in the completed (fourth and last) lane, they can be batched for exporting or syncing, and to remove them from the last lane. To batch the invoices, select the Batch button in the top right corner of the page:

To export existing batches, select the Export button in the top right corner of the page:

Select one or more of the batches in the list, then select the download button to download the batch(es) to your device, or to upload it to Xero (if you are connected to your Xero account):
